The Orchard House is a 5-bedroom, 3 bath-house on 3 levels. The house is called the Orchard House because it sits adjacent to an old pecan orchard, and we are developing the area around the house with additional orchards and a vineyard.  Completed in 2013, the house has a wrap-around porch on two sides of the main level with rocking chairs and ceiling fans, a grilling area and screen porch for outdoor dining or relaxation.  The Orchard House sleeps ten, double occupancy and fourteen for family groups with youngsters.

The full kitchen on the main floor includes a stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, a bar for dining and a butler's pantry and there is a grill on the screen porch.  An additional living and dining area are on the main level, featuring a large fireplace and French doors that open onto the main porch and screen porch. There is a 60-inch TV above the fireplace in the living room.  John's Mountain Bedroom is also on the main floor and has an attached full bath and French doors that open onto the main porch overlooking the Orchard House Pond.

The Talladega Bedroom and General Cleburne Bedroom are on the upper level and share a large bath with oversized shower and double vanities. The General Cleburne Bedroom features a fireplace and opens onto the upper level porch with chairs and a large umbrella for shade.

The lower level features a comfortable den area with a 60-inch TV.  In addition, the Lucky Joe Gold Mine Bedroom and the See-Me-No-More-Valley Bedroom are on the lower level and share a full bath. The lower level opens onto a patio outfitted with relaxing rockers and a beautiful view of the pasture and pond.  Black Jack Mountain in Georgia can be seen in the distance.

The rates for the Orchard House vary depending on portion of the house rented, days of the week, seasons and holidays and range from $200 to $475 per night for your group.
